We were tasked with upgrading and transitioning their site to new a server host. The company Ness was planning to enter more regions and needed an upgrade to ensure the systems can handle the load. The company is a digital engineering firm that provides a digital advisory to its client through scaled engineering services.
A company like that cannot have a disruption to their services or they would lose precious clients. So, we came up with a plan that will not only upgrade their site over to the new hosting solution but also make under-the-hood changes with minimal disruptions to their existing operations.
