The first thing we did was give them a new hosting site WordPress, which was built on top of Php, an open-source server-side programming and scripting language. This not only gave their site a boost but also allowed us to migrate all of their existing technologies to the new ones. We also fixed their DNS issues and reconfigured their CMS to better manage their contents. This allowed us to further implement newer technologies that would warn them if there were chances of any critical errors ahead of time.
Cybertinel specializes in cyber threat detection and their new system can even detect foreign threats at the beginning stage. This led to the company's acquisition by CyberArk Software Inc. Ever since the company got integrated with its parent company, they were facing severe errors plaguing parts of their site and sudden crashes. The biggest challenge that we faced was figuring out exactly what was causing these issues.
Once we did everything, the site was finally up and running and all the issues seemingly vanished. We even did mandatory 7-day periodic tests to see if everything works perfectly and it sure did.
