Eternitech, one of the leading web design company in the USA , is known for their quality work. Hence we developed an effective strategy to proceed accordingly. The first thing we did was upgrade their existing infrastructure, which just didn’t have enough power to handle the amount of traffic they had going. With newer hardware giving the systems a boost, we migrated their site over to WordPress which uses open-source Php for their web development. We transferred everything to the new host and said goodbye to all the issues they were facing due to hosting insufficiency. We also had to reconfigure everything considering we were on a whole new hosting server.
The biggest challenge that we faced while helping Cloudzone was fixing their server downtime issues. Their servers would be fine for a few hours only to crash again. Cloudzone is the leading cloud service provider in Israel and their cloud services include big names such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. So, you can imagine having a downtime would be absolutely devastating for the company.
They were still relying on older technologies to keep their servers running and lapses in maintenance made things worse. This was the major problem behind the downtimes. Even when the server was up and running, there were severe slowdowns due to DNS issues. We needed a clear strategy in mind and to proceed accordingly.
As a result of our work and upgraded infrastructure, their site was finally stable with zero downtime till now. They also got a big boost in performance and were finally ready to provide their services seamlessly.
