Terms of service:

  • By ordering a plan, an account in our ticketing system will be created for you.

  • Each Request \ Task \ Bug will be created in our ticketing system, please separate the issues to tickets or they will be rejected.

  • Once a ticket is created relevant developer is getting noticed, and will start to work on it as soon as he is available. Typical time for response \ resolution is s 1 work day, in some cases it can be few hours, and in dome cases it can take up to 3 work days.

  • Plans are measured on a monthly calendar basis, if the order date is in the middle of the month – client will be allowed to use until that end of month – the full quota of hours and tickets according to his plan.

  • In some cases the hosting may be really slow – and hence slow the developers work – in such cases and similar others – clients will be advised to change hosting. Either way – work will be measured by working time and tickets, and no work refunds or deductions will be allowed due to work efficiency claims.

  • Eternitech reserves the right not to provide services in some cases. in such cases – client will be informed about the issue, and will have the option to get his money back (before any action performed by Eternitech).

  • In some cases (weekends, holidays, loaded times etc.) the support time may be longer, no compensation will be given on such cases.

  • Minimum work time per ticket is 30 minutes, working time on each ticket will be round up to the nearest quarter.

  • Client is the only one responsible for work done on his website, while in many cases we recommend to create a staging environment so developer changes can be tested before uploading, because this is more time consuming flow, clients ask us to work on their production site. we hold no responsibility for any down time / bugs / traffic loss or any other issue caused directly or indirectly by an action done by our developers.

  • Development support package membership fees will not be refunded to the client under no circumstances except described in the terms of service. unused quotas \ working hours in a specific month, will not be refunded or compensated to the client in any way.

  • Eternitech reserves the right to stop membership, for any reason – in such case – the client will be refunded with membership fee of 1 month.

  • Services will be provided in English only.
