Eternitech was asked to boost and supplement LivePerson’s existing development teams (on an Outsourcing basis) that were developing their Software Management Systems, so that the company would meet its development goals and produce updates on time.
LivePerson vetted the Eternitech Software Engineers, and after agreeing on their high level of proficiency and quality of work, Eternitech was hired to help with this mission. The Eternitech engineers hooked up with the LivePerson technical staff, and after shadowing the team for a few days, the Eternitech team started producing results for the project. The Eternitech team worked on this project continuously for over two years.
During the length of the project, the Eternitech team received weekly assignments, and completed each assignment on time as assigned. This enabled LivePerson to accomplish its mission, and successfully provide the required updates and new parameters on time as planned.
